Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn’t fit?

Absolutely! We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Just make sure to include your receipt or order confirmation when returning.


What items are not eligible for return?

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • unless it’s defective

    We believe in crafting gear made for you — but personalized items are unique and not resellable.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit.


How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are sent to your original payment method.


Can I exchange for a different size or product?
