All UK orders are shipped with PD, UPS, or Royal Mail, depending on which shipping option you select at checkout. International Progress orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, and all orders include a tracking number emailed to you as soon as our trusted couriers have it in their hands! 

The deadline for same day shipping is 3pm UK time (GMT).

International orders via the Uk/Worldwide store will occour additional duties/taxes, Shipping fees at checkout are excluding any duties/taxes. EU customers are advised to order via to ensure no surprise import duties/taxes.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If there is nobody available to receive the package, the courier will leave a note with information about how to arrange a collection from the local depot, or arrange a re-delivery.  If there is no note, please check your tracking number for further information

Undelivered packages are returned to our head office in Manchester, UK. If you would like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply.

Return & Exchange:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Exchange the item for a different size, color, or product of equal value.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• Items marked as final sale.
• Personalized, customized, unless defective.

💸 Refund Processing:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
